COLONEL FISH'S HOUSE,OGLETHORPE,GEORGIA

The ghost of Colonel George Fish started haunting this house in 1871,soon after he was found murdered. The former judge was gunned down outside the courthouse by two men with whom he had crossed paths. The colonel's tenacious ghost stayed with the house, even after it was moved to its new location in Americus,Georgia.Haunted Places,p.138.

Date: 9/2/2004 7:08:00 AM  From Authorid: 3835    Sometimes I really do think they can remain hidden between the walls.. so moving something will not be rid of it, if it did not wish to leave.. this sounds like it would be pretty scary to witness though. I just get some really strange energies from what I have read.
