Strength Within...Predictor

In the deepest depths of the soul you find
all the regret, shame, and strength that hides
You want to be strong, but yet you feel so weak
All you can do is look on and not speak
People have come and gone in fact
trying to tell you that you are strong in fact
But you don't listen as your soul is dark
and you feel as though, you have no more spark
What in this world can help you say?
Why is it we can feel this way?
All it takes is betrayal and fear
and to look upon all possibilities with a deaf ear
From within you can feel the strength you hold
but in this time so much has gone wrong
You try to tell yourself nothing is that bad
but in your mind you can't escape the known facts
You feel lost and alone, and nothing is right at home
You want to try and fight, but yet you are left fright
The strength is there, but not accesible here
Friends try to help, but the battle is over
all you can see is the pain of loss and remorse
So try your hardest, try you may
Please let me find that strength again someday
