If i remember correctly, the post you are refering to is the one where the USMer was giving tips on defending and keeping yourself safe in case of an incidence where your life can be put at jeopardy.. if this is the right post, then that figure 4 out of every 100 shots was in regards to if you were running i believe in a zig-zag pattern. I dont think it was referring to if you were running in a straight line directly ahead of yourself.  |

Also depends on the gun, bullet speed, grains of powder, barrel length, etc. I'm pretty good at hitting moving targets....if I'm using a shot gun, LOL.  |
