This is a list of my fave horror movies of all time. I have seen many a horror movie's, and don't know why some of them are even considered horror! Here are the movies that hold up to my horror expectations. *I will keep adding to this list as time goes on.*

1. Night of the Living Dead 2. Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3. Secret Window 4. Pet Semetary One and Two 5. Blair Witch Two (but only becuase of the girl who walks backwards on the house bridge.) 6. The Exorcist 7. The Omen 8. Amittyville Horror 9. Every 'Chucky' movie ever made 10. Some Friday the 13th movies.

Those are the ones I remember off the top of my head. If anyone has any really good horror movie suggestions for me to watch - drop me the bomb and I will check them out. Later tonight I am about to watch 'Flesh for The beast' and then 'Fangoria Blood Drive'.

How it changed my life:

Never . . .I have been watching horror movioes since the day I was born. My mom set me right in front of one the day I came home from the hospital from being born. I've been her little evil baby ever since! Mucho loves for that mums!

Date: 8/23/2004 4:53:00 PM  From Authorid: 17081    I just got back a few minutes ago from taking pictures of where they filmed "Children Of The Living Dead" It was filmed near Beaver Falls, PA. I took about a dozen pics. The barn is on McCoy Rd. just off of Old Blackhawk Rd. The Danny's Motel is on Rt. 18. I love zombie movies. i will be going to where they filmed Night Of The Living dead in Evans City pretty soon when I get a chance. they filmed alot of zombie movies near me in western PA
Date: 8/23/2004 5:21:00 PM  From Authorid: 57232    OMG Mfrompa you saw Mother's Day! I saw that for the first time last year and that was the only movie where I actually cried over the death of someone in the movie, isn't that crazy? Such a good movie, a true find if anybody has never seen it. Some from me that people don't mention much......1. David Cronenberg's version of the Fly ---2. Just Before Dawn (for most you'd probably have to buy this off of ebay)---3. Black Christmas (well Metalliman knows it!)
Date: 8/23/2004 5:38:00 PM  From Authorid: 17081    the most memorable part of that movie is when the girls are hanging out the windows and their fingers are bleeding.
Date: 8/23/2004 5:39:00 PM  From Authorid: 46035    I must of had a Brain Cramp (LOL) How could we forget Nightmare on ELm St......1, 2 Freddy's comming for you. Chinablue (Deborah)
Date: 8/23/2004 5:42:00 PM  From Authorid: 46035    Opps I did it again... Jamie Leigh Curtis in Halloween... In the late 70's there was a movie that scared the pants of me.It was called I believe the Babysitter...Where she would get calls on the phone..and the caller would say Have you checked the children....Chinablue
Date: 8/23/2004 5:42:00 PM  From Authorid: 57232    that scene sort of reminded me of the part in the movie Vamp where he's about to shoot that bow and arrow at Grace Jones.
Date: 8/23/2004 5:44:00 PM  From Authorid: 17081    I just posted the pics I took from Children Of the Living Dead filming site in a Yahoo group:

Date: 8/23/2004 9:42:00 PM  From Authorid: 16373    You need to see Wrong Turn!! Thats my fav. scary movie..Urban Legend is good too..I like the first one better. The Ring is good also. BeeBop
Date: 8/24/2004 2:07:00 AM  From Authorid: 62793    Wrong Turn was great...and the really scary part is that one of my friends who grew up in virginia, said that their are rural areas in the appalachians (sp?) that you just "don't go to."

My other favorites are: Event Horizon, What Lies Beneath, House on Haunted Hill.

And PS...If your mother just plopped you down in front of a horror movie the day she brought you home from the hospital..she must not have ever seen Rosemary's Baby. ;-P
Date: 8/24/2004 12:42:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 54963    Oh, yeah, I love event horizon. The ring kind of dissapointed me. I thought it would be scarier. I was also dissapointed by 28 Days Later and Fear.com. I
Date: 8/24/2004 12:44:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 54963    Oop's got cut off. I am collecting a load of Night of the living dead stuff for my new place. Living dead dolls, movie posters, and also some dolls from the Bleeding edge collection. I love em'.
Date: 8/24/2004 12:46:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 54963    Ooh! Thanx for posting that link Mfrompa! Don't forget to check that out everyone - sounds interesting.
Date: 2/16/2005 7:58:00 PM  From Authorid: 35808    The Hand that Rocks the Cradle, The Wax Museum, I don't know if thats horror, but it scared me, I was terrified of dolls for the longest time after watching it. I think the Chucky movies mave have contributed to my doll phobia too. The Village of the Damned, not your usual blood and gore horror, but it was pretty scary. I loved The Langaleers(sp?) It was more suspense than horror though. IT, that was freaky, I still havn't been able to watch it all without covering my ears and eyes. I love vampire movies, but I don't think of them as horror, some of them are really quite funny.
