i dont think so. my son LOVES mayo and puts it on everything! i know when there is some on a knife or spoon and it is left out overnight, it gets NASTY! just to be on the safe side, i wouldnt eat it  |

i didn't use it, I went to Long John's instead. My father-in-law had used it to make some tuna, and I was starving...but I'm really wierd about food being old. If food is anywhere close to it's expiration date I usually won't eat it. For some reason everytime my in laws use anything (like mayo or sour cream) they just leave it sitting out. it's kind of gross. Everyone else ate the tuna and no one got sick, but I'm glad I didn't chance it. Thanks for the comments.  |

Personally I would dump it. That's pretty dodgy. E.Coli can kill and as a bacteria it multiplies at an alarming rate.  |
