i went to curves for a while. i didnt see results as I have been constantly in sports all my life and have been used to a much much more strenuous exercise. Its good for people who have never been to the gym or older women. You should see results as long as you are dedicated to going constantly. Its a lot of fun. The one i went to though i started to run into some very unfriendly people, but i understand other people havent really ran into this. I went everyday I dont think they generally suggest doing that though. I know my mom saw really good results and i talked with another girl who did too. So i am sure you will enjoy it there! Let me know how things go for you!!! |

I've never been to curves... I've heard of it though. I try and excersize by walking. I've also discovered that I enjoy hiking as well. Good luck to you! ~Angel Wolfe~ |

I was a trainer at our local Curves for Women for a while. The program is great and there's tons of support. You shouldn't go more than three times per week though. On your alternating days, do something else. If you feel like you won't stick to it unless you are at the gym, on your alternating days, go, but don't do the machines. And remember, the recovery stations are just what they are "RECOVERY" stations. You exhaust your muscles on the machines and keep your heart rate steady on the recovery stations. You go girl!!! *smiles* |

I just joined Curves and I like it. I gave birth to my daughter almost two months ago and my stomach was feeling really flubbery. I've only been going to Curves for two weeks and my stomach is feeling a lot tighter than what it was and my little pouch in my lower stomach is almost completely gone. Woohoo! |
