shoulders

i have these bumps (kinda like white heads sometimes pimples) on my shoulders and its weird, cuz i wash my skin daily and i put lotion on it (just to make sure its not like dry skin and stuff) its like only on the top of the shoulders and then it stops. I have always thought it was heat rash, but come to think of it, i dont know if i have it during the winter too... my mother told me ive had it since i was a baby but i dunno i dont like it! lol.. i have went to the doctor and they did give me some advice and treatment but that didnt really work.. any one have any ideas on how i can get rid of them!?!?!?

Date: 8/15/2004 5:52:00 AM From Authorid: 10245 I get them on the back of my arms... get yourself a buff-puff (the dual-sided kind) and scrub the crap out of them on a daily basis. Follow up with moisurizer. It'll take a couple weeks for you to notice a difference, but you will in time. Another thing that works well is a sugar scrub... mix equal parts of olive or vegetable oil with regular granulated sugar and use as a scrub... you can skip the moisturizer because of all the oil. Works great for a close shave on the legs, too
