Date: 8/9/2004 4:40:00 PM  From Authorid: 3835    could be an allergic reaction to the brand you bought. I prefer the pencil style eyeliner as it seems to stay on better throughout my day... the liquid eyeliner tends to fade off after a little while for me. You could try another brand name of liquid eyeliner and see if that cures it. Are you getting the eyeliner that reads hypoallergenic?? That is what is used for sensitive eyes. If you still get those spots after a different brand, maybe the pencil eyeliner is the way to go.

Date: 8/9/2004 5:46:00 PM  From Authorid: 15228    I was never able to master the art of applying the stuff unless I was going for the Racoon look!! I don't remember having any problems with it, but it's been years since I used it. I stick with the pencil eye-liner.
Date: 8/9/2004 6:35:00 PM  From Authorid: 62136    Yep, could be an allergic reaction. Are you applying on the inside of the lid or on the outside rim? I am assuming the outside rim and the spots are like a rash? itchy? swollen? I wont use anything other than liquid eyeliner
Date: 8/9/2004 7:26:00 PM  From Authorid: 6915    I use Maybelline waterproof eye liner every day. I only use it on the top but it stays on and doesnt give me spots. Good luck!
Date: 8/9/2004 7:59:00 PM  From Authorid: 22308    i hate the liquid kind but i like the one in the little tube, its kinda in the same form as the pencil but its in like a black tube
Date: 8/9/2004 10:19:00 PM  From Authorid: 42522    Sounds like your allergic to it.
Date: 8/9/2004 11:28:00 PM  From Authorid: 26452    I HATE liquid eyeliner, its so hard to put, and keep on lol. I agree with surr5R, could be the brand, I CANNOT wear anything but hypoallergenic or it bugs bad! lol
Date: 8/10/2004 6:00:00 PM  From Authorid: 30786    Some people are allergic to different brands depending on what's in them. It doesn't mean you have to swear off liquid eyeliner. I cannot wear Max Factor but I can wear anything else. We're just sensitive
Date: 8/13/2004 10:23:00 AM  From Authorid: 29262    Some people are really sensitive to eye makeup
Date: 8/12/2006 4:53:00 PM  From Authorid: 18516    It could be an allergic reaction or maybe it was a sty. Try a different brand and see if it does anything.
