oh, I love sandwiches! My favorite would have to be sub sandwiches-- particularly turkey subs, where the turkey is tender, and sliced deli-thin, and waffled in layers over thin slices of provolone, covered with a bed of shredded of lettuce that has been flavored with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano, and then followed by a layer of thinly sliced red onions, roma tomatoes, and slices of deli pickels across the top (the wavy pickles, not the cheap hamburger pickles that they use at subway). And then, finally, I like to spread mayo and dijon mustard over the top half of the bread. yum!  |
