Wow thats awesome! Keep the work up! I did curves for a while. I received no results though because I have been a competitive athlete all my life and was used to strenuous workouts which i didnt recieve. I also ran into some very unfriendly people. It works so well for many people. I am glad to hear of your success. Keep me posted!  |

It's an exercise place for women only. They have 12 strength training machines with cushy walking boards in between each machine. The machines are all hydrolic and you do all the work yourself. They play a tape or Cd (not sure which) with great music to exercise to and you stay on each machine for 30 seconds and the tape tells you when to move to the next station. You can either just walk, do step aerobics or whatever you want on the boards. It's a 1 and a 1/2 hour workout that you get done in 30 minutes. They weigh and measure you once a month and then give you a print out of how many inches and pounds you have lost. Also you can get a travel pass from where ever you are a member and go to any of them. There's one in every town here where I live!  |
