As far as I know, it's your mind playing tricks on you. I've done it before to no effect. My friend has done it before and said someone popped up in the mirror and scared the crap out of him. There is a Mary Black legend around here. Also the green man. He was struck by electricity and had a weird color to him. There is also a ghost of a nurse legend (One of my first posts).  |

We did it as children but it did nothing more than reduce us to a bunch of giggling, squealing lil girls. Served it's purpose though, we were all terrified! And it beat telling ghost stories. LOL  |
