The importance of a pen

I am a huge BLue Oyster Cult fan. No they're not a cult, they're a band. They sing Don't Fear the Reaper which most people know fonr Saturday Nigh Live's skit making fun of Behind the Music. It was the skit with the more cowbell. Most people have seen. I fell it's tainted The actual bands awesomeness. That's not a word but in any case, that skit makes me angry. Back to the point. I saw them recently and a festival near where live. It was an all day festival and me my friend showed up early to walk around. Then about the time of the show we headed over to the stage they were playing. We decided to sit as we waited and watched the band before them. Their opener was just a local band and I wasn't paying attention and I just stared at the grass. Then my friend goes, "Holy crap, it's Blue Oyster Cult." They were just walking down the sidewalk. Nobody else Recognized them except for us. I was more than a little stunned as I watched them walked by and then realized, autograph. So I jumped up and ran after them and asked. However they were without pen and so was I. So I didn't get their autographes but I met two of the original members which is awesome. Moral of the: always carry a pen. Just thought'd I share the advice and the amazing expierence I had meeting and seeing them for the first of many times.

But you still got to talk to them, and that is awesome! It's just the same, right? *grins* Thanks for the advice, I doubt I will need it, but just in case, I will carry one in my purse. *winks* .. -x-LittleJung-x-

What is that you said? Who are the "Tokens"? In 50 years your grandchildren will say, "Who are the "Blue Oyster Cult?" Better keep that pen handy, my friend.
