cat kisses~heather

oh what a feeling to get a cat's kiss,
scratchpaper tongue right on the lips,
so unique, so independant,
to have one kiss back makes me feel so resplendent.

kamari's her name, calico dark
at 22 pounds she hits my heart mark.
she pulls on the covers and demands my attention,
nothing in the world gets her contention.

i love her so much but it grosses people out,
to see her licking me with my tongue stuck out,
that's when i say with a wicked grin,
'she's been licking her butt again'

kronk inspired me..and yes, i do give her and my other cats sugars, but she's the only one that 'kisses back'..and it does taste quite salty sometimes....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm..hehe
