Dr. Smith being distraught. He had slaved away on this project for years only to have been completely ruined by what? Some rats and a turkey? He couldn't handle this. Being so ashamed he stripped off his clothes threw his potion in the outside dumpster and ran around the city, shouting manically.
He was later put in jail for the endangerment of Turkeys and Public Nudity.
