This smoothie has important nurtient with all sorts of great benefits, like protection against memory loss, heart disease, cancer, and stroke!!
1 cup diced mango
1 cup chilled carrot juice
1 cup frozen unsweetened quartered strawberries
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
Combine the mango and carrot juice in a blender. Add the strawberries and bell pepper. Blend until smooth.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups; Serves 2
