SUGGESTIONS FOR A GOOD CAMERA PHONE????

I am looking to buy a good camera phone, do any of you have or know of a good one to recommend? I want one with good picture quality not too grainy, dark or blurry. Although, I AM willing to sacrifice some of the quality for a better, lower price:p I was planning on using this camera phone in place of a regular camera. I WAS gonna purchase a digital camera, but figured everytime I think or say "I wish I had a camera right now, to take a picture of this or that" there isn't one around. What better to have one in hand all the time?:) Also does anyone know the pros and cons of Bluetooths? Thanks.
