Well I am 15, and have chat two, along with my sister who is 13, and a lot of people have it that aren't 16. But whenever i go in there, its not a different chatroom, its exactly like chat1.  |

Well, not exactly like it... it looks the same and all appearance wise, but there are no people in there, they all go into main chat (-: Do I just visit it at a bad time then??  |

I don't think it is such a necessary thing besides which it seems that if you need somewhere to go to hold a meeting or whatever you should find another forum.  |

I never bother with Chat2 usually when I go into main chat it is empty so I never bother with chat2 at all.  |

I like chat-2  I don't really go into chat that much but I think chat-2 could be used for a lot of different and fun things. I think maybe parties could be hosted in there or something fun like that and more people would begin to use it more often  |

I think a more important issue would be how in the world are you using indentions on this post? Every time I ever tried using spaces or the tab key it never worked. Back to the main topic, some people wouldn't want Chat2 to go away because they use it to sneak in and lurk in main chat.  |

There used to be an old school group of USMers who enjoyed using the chat room, but it became inundated with children and gung-ho admins intent on clearing the screen every 4 seconds so a more "mature" chat room was requested. It WAS used when George first developed it, but then other sites were created and people moved on. Maybe the empty space could be rented out for conventions or board meetings? ...  |

It seems like everytime I got into chat theres like only 2-4 people there if that. Anyways, I think Usm can save space by getting rid of the annoucement that someone has entered. Poeple can see when people come in by looking at the list, and the smileys are over populated...lol Smileys should only be put in by the users otherwise they are all over and get a bit annoying.  |

I would like to put my input on this Sur5R, but I cannot, as I am younger than sixteen.. But I do have one thing I would like to agree with you on, and point out, is that A) I have heard that a lot of people dont go into Chat 2 and there are hardly any people in main chat anyways .. and B) The get together groups now have there own chat, so I dont see the purpose really.. I have heard it has never really been that popular though.. I dunno though, as I cannot access it. *hugs*  |
