NO! I haven't used it, but if Tony is doing it and working out and eating like he's supposed to and you are doing the same, then it's okay. Just don't go below 105 or 110, you don't want to look like an anorexic chicken!!   |

There was an article in Men's Health concerning products like this (Hydroxycut is actually one they reviewed) but it was dealing with many of the products like that which claim to help boost metabolism and the like. It essentially said that yes, the claims they make about their product working are true, but that they have not been proven effective in the amounts that they must cut it down to for sale to the public. I tried it. The first time I took it, a freind had given me a few to just try, ya know? Well I cleaned my entire house that day... after the 3 hour dance session in the kitchen LOL I had so much energy that first day I was like Man I will take these til the day I die!!! LOL But the next time I was just normal. I need something that will give me energy and get me off my rear. Not to mention help me lose weight. My heart does weird things, and I havent been brave enough to go to the DR about it yet, so I dont trust any of the diet pills. After Phen Phen and all the people who got sick from it, I just try to stay away from all of those get thin quick deals.  |

OH! By the way, another friend of mine lost about 150 lbs by starting out taking 3 hydroxy cuts a day and now he takes like 15 a day... that cant be good! |

Hydroxycut used to have Ephedra in it and that is the ingredient that was killing people, I think all diet pills have to be ephedra free now.  |

My friend use to take them. She stopped because the dossage they ask you to take is kind of high and she was always out of control. Could not sit still for one minute. ~Chely~  |
