I see it in your eyes, the pain you keep inside, It's slowly tearing you apart. Though you've run away, Reminded day by day, You've stumbled and you've fallen, Still He's callin'.
I believe that he loves you where you are, I believe that you've seen the hands of God, I believe that you'll know it when, You're back in His arms again. I believe that He never let you go, I believe that He's wanting you to know, I believe that He'll lead you 'til, You're back in his arms again.
Glad I found you here, 'Cause in between the tears, Something in your eyes shows hope. And I stand before you now, As one that knows about, Coming to Him open, And broken.
And I know that He's calling...He's calling you Home
One Life, one love, one way, Home. And when you rise and when you fall, He will see you through it all, He is waiting you are called, back in His arms again.
This is from the Mark Schultz song "Back In His Arms" and really sums up a lot of how the relationship with God works. We can walk away from him or get lost in the hustle and bustle of the everyday world and He is still there waiting on us. He never leaves us, though we may forget to look for Him or look to Him. He is always there, like a lighthouse in a storm, calling us back to Him and shining as a beacon to a safe harbor in troubled times. I hope this can help others who are looking as it helps me feel better when I am lost and confused about the troubles that surround us in life. As long as we open ourselved to him, it doesn't matter how broken and "unworthy" we might feel, He will accept us and help us. God Bless.
