Bleeding blazing rivers of light
Burning the twilight in your eye
Driving a dagger through the night
Cries of discomfort fill the air
In a heartbeat I’ve seen my home
Disappear, as if never there
Leaving a shell of me to roam
From the shadows my darling cries
For an answer, never to know
That her father is just a lie
As her madness becomes her home
In my heart I have felt the wound
Bleeding rivers of memory
And my loves have all been consumed
