There are some really good antidepressents these days...that could lift you out of the worst of your depression. Please see your doctor about possible medicinal help. These medications can help; I have been helped by them. Good luck. |

You may suffer from Bi-polar disorder if this is a constant re-occuring thing. The only thing I can suggest is when school starts back up, go see your school counselor & Tell him/her about what's going on. Do this ONLY if all other tries to communicate with your parents have failed. Because this will cause alot of tention and anger...be prepared for that. But in the end, you will get the help you need. If you need help now, look in the phone book for a Crisis line, they will be able to help. I don't know if that is of any help but I do hope things look on the up for you. ~*~Peace & Love~*~ |

well, anytime suicidal thoughts are involved, i think you may need help. not because you are "crazy", but because everyone needs someone to turn to.. sometimes a professional. |

Oh, I know what you mean, I feel the same way you're feeling right now. I haven't had any thoughts of suicide though, but I get stressed out over the smallest of things, and my emotions go up and down crazily all the time. Usually, it's just a slump, and you'll get out of it, but if suicidal thoughts continue, I would def. seek help. Things will get better - trust me -BlueCrushSurfer |
