My mom finally agreed to take me to go get my tragus pierced! :D I just wanna know from the people who have their's done if it hurts really bad. I'm just curious as to how much it'll hurt, though I am no stranger to pain. I've self-pierced both eyebrows, my lower lip, three holes in my left ear, and one in my right. I only have my one hole in my left ear and my labret now. I think after my tragus I'll be done with the piercings for awile.

Date: 7/8/2004 9:00:00 PM  From Authorid: 39957    Lol. Um..I don't know what a Tragus is either.
Date: 7/8/2004 9:03:00 PM  From Authorid: 17417    The Tragus is a small cartilaginous flap in front of the external opening of the ear...It's the little piece above the Lobe shaped like this <...Much Love In Spirit,
Date: 7/8/2004 9:05:00 PM  From Authorid: 15070    cool-it's a bit more painful then I usually go (tattoos are about the limit for me), but that is a cool place for a piercing
Date: 7/8/2004 9:09:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 51026    It looks like it's gonna hurt alot but to me it's worth it for a cool new piercing. -BlackIllusion-
Date: 7/8/2004 9:59:00 PM  From Authorid: 62552    Well there's cartiledge there. They pierce it on an angle on the outer edge of it, to try and get the thinnest cartiledge... I was gonna say that it would hurt just as much as the septum, but I can see by your extensive description that you haven't got it done. Well if it's done correctly, like by an accredited piercer, it should only feel like a whole lot of heat going through one spot. I hope that's helpful...
Date: 7/8/2004 10:30:00 PM  From Authorid: 53054    Ive heard that it hurts OWCH....but I dont know Im kind of chicken when it comes to piercings! *hugz*
Date: 7/8/2004 10:41:00 PM  From Authorid: 62552    ALL piercings hurt, if not a little bit! I mean, come on, it IS a gun/needle being shoved through your skin...
Date: 7/8/2004 11:08:00 PM  From Authorid: 17156    I went with my cuz to get hers done and she said it hurt for a bit like when he stuck the needle in but once it was through all the way it was no big and the prick of pain was gone. I really think it depends on your pain tolerance which it sounds like you have a pretty high one to have pierced yourself so many times. Good luck with it! Love and Hugs,

Date: 7/9/2004 12:28:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 51026    When I get it done, which will probably be in 2 weeks, I'll tell you guys about it. -BlackIllusion-
Date: 7/9/2004 12:57:00 AM  From Authorid: 26452    I have both my tragus pierced. I also have my lip, belly button, and 13 ear piercings(in each ear), I got my tragus done almost 2 years ago, it wasn't my most painful piercing, but I can tell you it hurt a heck of alot more then my lip did!
Date: 7/9/2004 10:36:00 AM  From Authorid: 62798    i don't have a tragus piercing but i knew a guy who had both of his pierced and it was cool
Date: 7/9/2004 10:38:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 51026    When it heals, I'm probably gonna either put a 16G CBR in it or a 16G eyebrow ring. -BlackIllusion-
Date: 7/9/2004 11:07:00 AM  From Authorid: 26363    Ouch! Sounds as painful as a tongue piercing. Not for me. Good luck.
Date: 6/23/2005 10:52:00 PM  From Authorid: 7574    It sounds so painful..lol
