Ok since tuesday evening I have been breaking out in hives every evening!!

I have not changed laundry soap or foods.

I have been having to commute by train this week. Everything else is basically the same.

I get home and change into my pjs. WEll I thought this was doing it for some weird reason. So tonight I didn't put them on and kept the same clothes on i had on at work. I STILL GOT THEM!!!

I am going insane!!

Can you think of things that may be causing them? And anything to help releive them. Benydril didn't help yesterday they kept me up all night itching and burning!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! -Sunni

Date: 7/8/2004 4:58:00 PM  From Authorid: 3688    Could it be nerves because you're having to ride the train? as far as the itching, oatmeal or baking soda bath
Date: 7/8/2004 4:58:00 PM  From Authorid: 3835    My daughter gets hives from the weather. Yes, she is allergic to cold, and then coming back into a warm place, she breaks out in massive hives that get in her throat and feels like it is taking her air away, and near her eyes and make them all swollen. She is on the prescription Latadene. It works for her very well, but is expensive if you do not have insurance. Benedryl did nothing for her either..
Date: 7/8/2004 5:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 59876    benadryl should help as well
Date: 7/8/2004 5:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 59876    i've had this too. i get hives every once in awhile, but for about a week, i broke out in hives as soon as i woke up every morning. nothing was different. paste toothpaste works for mosquito and flea bites, might as well try it for hives. also, walmart sells something for hives now, but it is pretty costly at $10.00. i can tell you this, calamine lotion doesn't work lol.
