My necklace came off still latched.

My husband bought a house in January and closed in February...long story short, the man that was selling it lost his wife to cancer this past December. One month later, he put the house up for sale and has moved to Houston. Anyway, our neighbor told me that the lady died in our house *cringes*.

We were cat-sitting for my mom and when my mom came to pick up her crazy cat, she said that I needed to get rid of our lawn chair...it came with the house. I asked her why and she was very persistant and told me that the lady had spent a lot of time in that chair and I needed to get rid of it. My mom is pretty sensitive to stuff and she said that she had a bad feeling. So, last night, I took the chair out to the curb...trash man comes today.

This morning, eyes half closed, I'm up getting ready for work. I slept in the guest bedroom with my daughter last night because my husband snores so bad!! My daughter brings me my necklace this morning...still latched. It was lying in the bed. How it came off, I have NO idea!! Maybe I took it off in my sleep, but I don't know. I'm a pretty light sleeper. I should also add that the necklace is of a nail with Isaiah 53:5 on it (Passions of the Christ) and it's on a leather rope.

Well, this morning, the chair was gone. Somebody probably saw it there and picked it up.

So, how did my necklace come off?

Kimberley

Date: 7/8/2004 9:03:00 AM  From Authorid: 35114    You know, I have been asking myself a similar question for years. lol ^.^; I had a key chain when I was little, that just fell off my backpack one day in school. It was held together by two plastic rings. When I examined it, both rings were intact, not split anywhere at all! It's wierd huh? We may never know...or maybe Eddo's right...
