sit on the corner of your bed with your legs hung over on each side and do crunchies like that you will only be able to come up a little ways but it helps also. get on the floor on all fours Hands Flat on the ground. bend your leg at the knee ( keep it your leg bent ) Then raise your leg up Then back down to the floor do this 15 times each leg. when you raise your leg make your lower stomache stretch with it. It burns but its good for your lower stomache and the back of your legs and your buttocks lol ... Or lay flat on the floor and raise both legs up straight at the same time. Do all of these slow and Breathing is very important Breathe in your nose and out your mouth when you release Do this everyday  |

also if you go onto cosmo girl magazine site, or 17 magazine site, or any magizine site they have different exercises there and they show you how to do them. Ive learned alot of helpful exercises through the magazines |

congratulations on your new baby!! i wish i could help you with the tummy issue...but i am still trying to find a good one that works myself. i am going to have to keep this post in mind and see what wonderful ideas are given =)  |
