My father has been gone for over 30 years and my mother for 2 years now. And I think of them every day and the emptiness that has been left in my life with their loss.  |

I almost lost my dad when I was around 9 and I lost my mom at 11. It is a horrible thing to go through. Not a day goes by that I don't think of her! -Sunni  |

I might add that my greatest fear is that something will happen to my son. When you are a kid the biggest fear is losing a parent and then when you aer a parent the biggest fear is losing your child! -Sunni |
