Update: I'm thinking of going to London. Here's some questions:

How much does it cost for the most part to go on the tube? -What other forms of transportation are there other than cars and taxis? -Average cost of wheat bread, ham, milk, mustard, mayo, cereal? -Does the water taste good? (Lol! Okay so maybe I'm a litte odd, but I want to know!) -How's the weather usually in late August?

********************************************************************** Hi. I'm thinking of traveling to the UK. First off, I'm going to be 17 in less than a month. For my senior year, I was thinking of being an exchange student, but then I realized that I love my schedule for next year, and I haven't gotten to go to prom, or the winter ball and I really want to go to them next year (and there are other reasons for not doing it too).

So then I thought, what if, for 2 weeks this summer I go to the UK (poosibly by myself, or with a friend, or a family member or 2).

If I do go, what would you suggest I do? What are some places that I absolutely HAVE to go to/see/etc?

Also, any other advice, warnings, etc. Thanks!
