Date: 6/15/2004 3:57:00 PM  From Authorid: 6867    Thank you for letting us know. I am a member of Paypal, and I sure don't feel like being taken for a ride by some scam artists. HUG-A-NURSE,
Date: 6/15/2004 4:09:00 PM  From Authorid: 62383    yah theres all kinds of email scans, another one a lot of people fall for is the delete a file that is a virus on your computer... lol.... everyone always deleted these system files and then I had to put them back on when they brought them in the shop to be fixed... lol.. so dont do that. On ebay when purchasing you have to be careful of posers sending you a email when you win your bid. Like you sending the payment to the wrong person.
Got Mike?

Date: 6/15/2004 7:51:00 PM  From Authorid: 47296    MsPriss and myself have tracked at least one of these scam artist by submitting bogus information to see where it went. While some of these scam artist are here in the states, a lot of them are overseas, making it harder for law enforcement to track them. Never give out any personal information, unless you are on a secure server that is connected directly to the site in question. How do you know you are on a secure server? The URL address will start with "https".
