You could always set up a camcorder and tape them doing their things, see if you can catch them in the act... unless that sort of thing is illegal in your state.  |

1st of all punks dont have sports cars and arn't "gangsta" 2nd, is there a sign that says no loitering? Or are they on the churches property? If not, you cant do much about it unless they are being extreamly noisey. Good luck with your situation.  |

where I use to live there was a public bush out the back me and all the kids from around their use 2 meet their and stuff. it was at the back of our house so you could hear yelling and stuff l8 at night. Alot of hoolygens like you mentioned use to hung down there. I would somtimes hear loud yahooing that once woke me up (lucky it was a nightmar thought) I could not do anything though. you can acctaully speak to the chuch and call the cops on them for dissturbing people in their homes.  |

You can call the police on them for trespassing and disturbing the peace. There's a church right next to my neighborhood and me and one of my friend's use to go over there to rollerblade because our road is not paved. We were told that we could nolonger rollerblade on the property which I found a bit unfair because we weren't doing anything bad and we weren't disturbing anyone we just wanted concrete to rollerblade on. But you could perhaps tell the church what goes on there at night and they could possibly do something.  |
