"Read the title again and believe it. Yes, I want to touch you. I want to touch your heart. I've been listening to some music tonight and it has moved me in a very big way. I've listened to Willie Nelson, Ray Charles, George Jones, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson and a number of others. I've laughed and cried rivers.

If I'm anything at all, I'm a writer and I can't have that effect on anyone with the sort of things that I contribute in the literary field. No, I'm just me and that's all I'll ever be. I'm sure that I could write and perform inspirational and uplifting songs if I wanted to but that isn't my forte. Yes, I want to touch you. All of the humor and everything else is lost, though. That's sad to me and it's the whole point of this post. Well, you can't be everything to everybody and that's a fact and it's okay. Just do what you do best and do it well."
