I Need Help With A MPEG File!!!! CissyPC:):)

Hi!! I need help again:):)

I asked in an erlier post how I could convert an AVI file to an MPEG file. I dowloaded a software and was able to convert it. Now I want to burn the file, but my computer keeps telling me that I need a MPEG codifier that supports a video CD codification, or something like that. What do I do?
