The FAQ arrow at the top will answer a lot of your questions but as for the tag....you must obtain a certain amount of replies to comments before you are eligible. I believe you must also be a member for 3 months too...you need to check that with Facts and Questions. When you reach this point, there are tag-makers on this site and one will be assigned to your tag based upon it's level of difficulty. Have fun and WELCOME! :O)  |
