well being that my sister is bi-polar and a pathological lier and seriously cant help it..I just let it go through one ear and out the other. Thats only because I have dealt with this for years on top of years. She will tell you that her panties are blue even if there black..stupid stuff like that. I never understood this sickness and yes, it is a sickness. I just ignore it.  |

I don't care for lies myself....I think telling the truth first hand is the best thing to do...cause then you don't go around spending wasted time covering up....sometimes if I feel I'm being lied to I call the person on it....But for the most part I ignore it and like Katsho said let it go in one ear and out the other.....If a person needs to lie that's their own business unless of course they try to include me in their lies then I have to speak up for myself...  |

Well, just because some people lie, doesn't mean there a bad person  It depends on what your lieing about...When someone lies about something serious like someone dying, thats not funny. But sometimes people will lie, because there your friend, lets say you like someone, but your friend finds out that the person you like doesn't like you at all, your friend would probably just tell you to not get interested with the person..lol that make sense? or am I crazy? o_O; Always There,  |

As far as the little white lies as to not hurt someone, those I can deal with but to lie to either cover up something youve done wrong or to keep you butt out of trouble or simple to cause a problem, I have no use in my life for those kind of people.  |

I have caught my fiance & friends in lies so often then not. When I catch my fiance in a lie...he lies about the lie. I understand. My Fiance isn't a bad person..he just has a problem with little white lies then when hes caught he has to wriggle out somehow so hes defense is to lie about his white lie etc..As the cycle goes. I just let it go. Why waste my time sweating about it?  |

I hate lying! My ex lied to me about everything under the sun...even "the" and "and" were a lie coming from his mouth! he's still lying to me to this day when he KNOWS I know the truth about everything he told me, and it insults my intelligence and I'm sick of it...liars make me so mad!  |

I dont like lying, or liars either. Especially when one of your friends lies to someone like right in front of you, and then you say something to them about it and their like "Dont worry I would never lie to you." It's like, if you lie to others, than what makes sure that you WONT lie to me? You know... Its just really hard to learn to love someone that lies. *hugs*  |

A fib is one thing and if it isn't meant maliciously then it could be overlooked but when someone lies to trick and to be mean and deceitful, that's another story. It all depends on the circumstances. |

Liars are all over the place. From the President of the US on down. Lying is rewarded by election to the highest office. FOX news cranks out lies 24/7. Television evangelists fleece the flocks of millions of $$$$$, and even when they're exposed, most the time they just get a slap on the wrist, and they're right back at it. Lies are in your face, everywhere, by so many, and the masses can't see through the slick sugar coats often covering them. Yeah, there are many times you feel like tearing your hair out, but we have to steady the course, buck up, and find the strength; and never give up on calling people on their lies; and making our voices be heard.  |
