you are just a young thing, why would anyone dare to blame you for your dogs tumor, that is wrong. I don't know how you can raise money quick but don't start selling your belongings because it may not even be enough money and then you are out that as well. Its not your fault and don't allow anyone to tell you it is. |

Try calling local veternarians in your community. Some of the will treat the dog & take payments ( which is much better than comming up with alot of money ). Also, just a side note........chocolate is like giving poison to a dog. A dogs body motabilism is very different from a humans. Chocolate contains a chemical that eventually can kill a dog,.....so #1 thing is don't give the dog anymore chocolate. Call around, do your best, and good luck. No matter what the outcome is, at least you know that you have done your best to save your pet. Hope everything works out for you.... Queen B |

I agree with what Magoo and Queen B said. I know you're really upset for your dog, but it isn't you'r fault and don't let anyone tell you it is. Take your dog to a vet and get it checked out before anything else. An appointment won't cost that much and the'll advise you on additional costs if they have to do any proceedures on him/her. |

maybe you should find the dog a new home... i dont want to sound insensitive but youa re having problems taking care of it....you are avoiding the proper care of the animal.... though i also do suggest taking the dog in for an appointment just a consultation it wont cost you TOO much and you can see about setting up a payment plan.. they can tell you your best options for care for the animal... sometimes you have to do things you dont want to do in life(like spend money on things you dont want to spend money on) but you gotta do what you gotta do |

Iagree with what most of the comments people are leaving are telling you to do. Its obviously not your fault if your dog got a tumor and first of all you dont even know if it is a bad tumor, so first see if you can get it checked out and then from there decide what to do about the whole money situation. This has never happened to me before, so Im sorry that my advice isnt the greatest. Good Luck and God Bless, |

I Agree with everyone here in that saying it is NOT Your fault that Your dog is sick>>> maybe the chocolate has caused her/him to be ill and Hopefully it will pass>>> but it is Very true chocolate is like giving poison to a dog>>.There are many vet clinics that have students in training who could check out your dog and I'm sure as others have stated, payments are Possible under your family's circumstances.. It is obvious you Love your dog, But is it fair to your dog if you are not able to properly care fr it?>>> An animal is a Big responsibility, they require love and attention, being healthy with yearly vaccinations, walked on a daily basis, And having their baths. If You cannot properly care for Your Dog maybe you should think about what is Best for Your Buddie, and give them a Home where they will receive the Attention they deserve..If you cannot do this,in give your pet away, then you really need to spend more time with your pet>>> But it is NEVER You or anyone's fault when a pet becomes ill, sometimes things can happen by mistakes being made, but let me say there are very few who would intentionally harm or inflict pain on an animal..Your family need to know the true facts regarding Your pet's health, there are those who would Gladly Adopt Your pet, before such a Final decision is made to euthanise, when it could be possibly nothing more serious then a cyst... Best Wishes to You, I Hope all works out very well for You and Your Animal friend...T/C |

Thankyou for most of the replies you left. for most: I did not need a lecture. I know animals are a HUGE responsibility when I payed for my dog. I love her dearly. Where I live it would cost 5X more to put a pet up for adoption then it would for me to get her a check-up appointment and see what we have to do from there. I have raised dogs in my family for 12 years. I basically grew up taking care of dogs but this is the very first one that got a tumor and got sick. So what you guys lectured me about I definatley Already knew. All I was asking is a way I could make money. I have made $30-50 now. I am going to count it tonite. THanks for all of your ideas and MOST of the support |
