ps2 is awesome!!! theres a huge variety of games, and online games.. (which i must say are the funnest, because u can play with other people ne time u want), the graphics are pretty good.. but i think xbox has smoother ones. And DVD is pretty good, it has a simply little layout which is ez to control. Id take ps2 over xbox, because the controller is a lot easier to handle, theres more games (im pretty sure), and because of the better system for online games. For ps2 u can play online games, and its easier to find friends in most games, as Xbox you have to jus join a game online without knowing whos in it. Neway id stick with ps2  |

ps2 and the xbox are both really good. Xbox's online play is really great though and it is set up really well. I guess I prefer the xbox. I use to prefer ps2 though until i tried xbox. I use to sell them so I played everything they had and used all the features. xbox has the best quality, its made by microsoft and you know how much money they have. When microsoft first started selling it they were actually losing money competing with PS2, xbox cost more. But they had to match PS2 price... hope that gives you some more info, but both systems are nice.

I am soon getting a PS2. It has a good mix of games for ranged age groups. The GameCube has a few good games here and there, but the majority of the games are for the younger ages. As for the X-Box, I am nowhere near leaning towards getting that system. There is maybe...1 or two games that seem remotely good to me for the system. PS2 on the other hand has a ton of games I wanna play. lol Oh, don't use the DVD player part too much though, it wears out the lens fast. So yeah, stick with PS2, that's my advice.   |

Xbox. I love my Xbox. I have all the game systems. I got PS2 first, then this X-mas I got an X-box AND a gamecube. Ever since I got that X-box I've never used my ps2 again. The quality is soo much better.  |

I think the PS2- it's a great system and there is a WIDE variety of games available in comparison to other systems. There is also a great online community as well- right now, my fiance and I have Final Fantasy XI and it is an awesome game if you are into roleplaying.  |

We have them all and recommend PS2. It had more features, good graphics, great games. If worse comes to worse, you can play DVD's and music CD's in it as well. It's a well rounded system.  |

Well the last video game system I had was a Sega a long time ago. Now the only game I play is The Sims on my computer. So if it were me, I would get a PS2 because that is the only one of those you listed that will play The Sims! (Plus my brothers prefer this one) lol  |

I have a PS2, a Game Cube, and an XBoX. The PS2 and Game Cube have good games, but the Game Cube is aimed more for younger kids. The XBox I don't like at all, I don't like any of the games for it. If I were you I'd go for the PS2.  |
