I have the same trouble, cant wear cream eye shadows, I perspire too much, but what I did find helpful was before applying the powdered eyeshadow, I never applied foundation base near my eyes, but I did pat face powder on my eyelids and smoothed it in, then applied a lighter powder eyeshadow first, then applied the top color on top...because I do perspire so much especially around the eyes, it does manage to stay on a bit longer but as far as the creams go, they look terrible after a while...if all this fails seek out professional help from a beautician, I'm sure you are not the only person who has had this problem, you can only ask them hun....hugs |

Use powder eyeshadow and liquid eyeliner.. make sure you keep your eye closed until the liquid dries.. it won't smudge at all.. trust me, I'm the queen of eye makeup.. haha. |

I have found that when it comes to make up, you have to spend a little bit more money to get satisfactory effects. As was mentioned earlier, go to a store with a good comsetics sections, that also has cosmetic consultants. |
