Yeah, i haven't been around in a while, been busy..... *sigh* that whole social life thing has suddenly kicked in, still tyrin to figure that one out.... *shrugs* but i've got prom tommorow (as a freshmen, one of my senior friends is scoring me a ticket)

HOW DO I KEEP EYE MAKEUP ON MY EYES?????? it seems everytime i put any makeup on my eyeballs it all erases and goes up into the crease of my eye, i've tried both powder and cream, cream is twice as bad cus it makes itself go up in the crease and leaves a huge line, whereas powder merely goes away completely except for sort of staining the skin a little..... HELP??????

Date: 6/3/2004 3:48:00 PM  From Authorid: 49091    Go to your local Dillards or Mervyn's and head to the make up department and explain to them how ur make up creeses n such....they will tell u exactly what to use...I know what u need to use, but I can't member the name worth my life!! LOL Good luck sweeetie!! *huggs*
Date: 6/3/2004 3:51:00 PM  From Authorid: 42945    I have the same trouble, cant wear cream eye shadows, I perspire too much, but what I did find helpful was before applying the powdered eyeshadow, I never applied foundation base near my eyes, but I did pat face powder on my eyelids and smoothed it in, then applied a lighter powder eyeshadow first, then applied the top color on top...because I do perspire so much especially around the eyes, it does manage to stay on a bit longer but as far as the creams go, they look terrible after a while...if all this fails seek out professional help from a beautician, I'm sure you are not the only person who has had this problem, you can only ask them hun....hugs

Date: 6/3/2004 3:57:00 PM  From Authorid: 35720    Use powder eyeshadow and liquid eyeliner.. make sure you keep your eye closed until the liquid dries.. it won't smudge at all.. trust me, I'm the queen of eye makeup.. haha.
Date: 6/3/2004 9:13:00 PM  From Authorid: 47296    I have found that when it comes to make up, you have to spend a little bit more money to get satisfactory effects. As was mentioned earlier, go to a store with a good comsetics sections, that also has cosmetic consultants.
