How Do I Get My Hair To? -Running Wolf-

Hey everyone, I have a question about my hair. There is this style that I really love but I'm not sure how to pull it off. I'm not sure how to describe it exactly, but the hair is like flipped out and a little spiky; it looks like the person has wings coming from their head. LoL, I really cannot describe this very well, but I hope you get the general idea. My hair is frizzy and curly, so obviously I'd have to straighten it, but I'm not sure where to go from there. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and how to do it? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I'd try it out. But first, if you're hair is curly (extremely), get it straightened. Permanently straightened, I mean. It stays straight for about 6 months. Not sure about the price. But then you could do it. Good luck! -CW-

Date: 5/22/2004 4:51:00 PM  From Authorid: 38601    I cut my hair like that this summer, it's best if your hair is layered and then once it's straightened, you can either use hair gel/mousse to manually flip it by running your fingers through it and pulling it to the shape you want or blowdrying your upside down and running your hands through it.

Date: 5/30/2004 11:08:00 AM  From Authorid: 55126    I don't really know what you're talking about lol, but I make my hair spiky and wingy looking by putting it all up into a clip...and then I wing out and spike the hair that comes out of the top of the clip...you're going to need to straighten your hair though...my hair is a little wavy and I need to straighten mine as well...but nonetheless, this style still looks good with curly hair...sometimes I scrunch mine to curl it and then put it up, and it looks great -BlueCrushSurfer
Date: 6/16/2004 5:05:00 PM  From Authorid: 30786    I'm a hairdresser, and you would need to relax your hair, or put a lot of time into it. It would probably be a high maintenance style, if your hair is anything like I picture it. You would need to be willing to blow dry it out and style it every morning. Be prepared to work on it. Ask for layers and lots of razoring. Bring pictures!
