Never Failing Friendship...Predictor

You have given me more then I dreamed
For even reality was gone it seemed
You brought in my life a hope and trust
In my heart, I felt your touch

I never thought I could be me
For to see myself again, was all a dream
You lifted me up, and gave me wings
A Never Failing Friendship is what began

Through the sorrow, through all the pain
You would even shelter this man from the cold rain
My tears would flow as emotion started to show
As two years of anger and betrayal began to flow slow

You didn't judge, or turn away
Instead you helped me through to the next day
Showing me the sun will always rise
And that you my friend will be by my side

I have second guessed this so many times
But you understood, and took it in stride
You would never let me give up so easy in fact
That all I had to do was not look to the past

You have taught me that even when apart
That this friendship is strong, and as brothers we are
You will never let me face the hardest times alone
For you have helped these bottled emotions flow

So to this Never Failing Friendship, I will toast
That through all of life, and even death we will coast
For the truest of friends are never apart
As long as they remember each other in thier hearts
