i look online all the time for job stuff in the goverment and local job postings... they are somewhat nice... but i've never gotten a ring(or know anyone who has gotten a ring) from puting thier resume up on something like monster.com nor have i seen many jobs in my area posted on those boards  |

I also tried Monster.com and a couple links that were in the state. I never acutally tried because there were a lot of stuff that I wasn't too interested in or they were mostly looking for management.  |

I found my current job on a website. I looked in the categories of the type of work I was looking for. I got a fax number from the jobs I was interested in and faxed my resume over. They called me back within a week for an interview and here I am today. So it does work and I think it's easy to use. Good luck finding a job.  |
