I haven't heard anything other than what I've seen on the television commercials. I saw the Trimspa at Walmart the other day and it's like $18 for only 30 pills, so I didn't pick it up..I'm actually going to start the South Beach diet tomorrow and see how that goes. My doctor reccommended that and says that some of her patients have lost like 12 pounds in 8 weeks on it.  |

Wow, actually I had never even heard of Trim Spa....Just goes to show ya how up to date I am with society! lol...I'm with Luv-Bug, I think the best way to lose weight is to do it on your own, going out and exercising, your body will look and feel great, and you will feel great knowing you did it on your own   |

sure, go ahead, throw your money away on diet pills. Never mind that Anna Nicole has 80 million dollars and probably has a legion of personal trainers, nutritionists, and plastic surgeons working for her. I'm sure it was the pills that did it for her. And, on the chance that the pills actually *do* have some effect, you should seriously ask yourself how you plan to keep the weight off-- by taking trim spa for the rest of your life?  |

that woman that works with Howard Stern, Robin was also taking Trim Spa and she lost alot of weight fast too. I thought about going and trying it but I don't know.  |

I tried it and couldnt even take the pills because the pills were so BIG. I mean I almost choked everytime I tried to take one, I ended up getting a refund on them. Molly is right also, Anna had a personal chef cooking her healthy foods and a personal trainer..not to mention her surgeons and doctors and all that.  |
