1/2 grapefruit
1 cup of cooked oatmeal
1 tsp of brown sugar
1/2 cup of low fat milk
2 strips of lean bacon
1 fried egg
2 slices of whole wheat toast
Put all ingredience into a blender. Puree at highspeed for up to 60 seconds or longer if the grapefruit rind is tough or the raw bacon gets wrapped around the blender blades. Pour the result into a tall glass and drink it down. You can join Unsolved Mysteries and post your own mysteries or
