That's pretty nasty. I went to the nurse once for a gym-related injury and while I was there 3 people walked in with stomach aches and all 3 mentioned the hamburgers served in the cafateria earlier that day were still pink inside. The nurse didn't believe the first 2 but she apparently finally caught on when the third one came in. |

Your school has strawberry milk? ...Anyway, misprints on the containers happen. The people at the school only check the expiration dates. And if there's a mistake, the school has no idea about it until it's served. This has happen once that I know of at our school (the person didn't drink any, thank goodness) and they refunded her money and offered to give her a free drink of choice for free. - |

Many people in the UK between the ages of 30 & 50 cannot bear to drink milk simply because we used to get a free quarter pint of milk at school every day which was paid for by the government. We were all forced to drink this milk which had often been standing in the sun for up to 4 hours (no refrigeration available), to this day I cannot bear milk or even the smell of the stuff when it starts to go off. Get your parents to complain to the school, it's not fair that today's kids should have to put up with the same thing that we did. |

Did anyone happen to let the lunch folks know the milk went sour? if not they might try and use the leftover cartons of milk again. |

That's gross! I remember once when I was in elementary school we keep finding hair in our food because the lunch ladies never wore hats, tidy their hair back or hair nets. It was gross so I wrote the super attendant a letter and he had it fix. Also if you are going to write a letter have other people sign the letter especailly those that got sick. Good Luck! Thanks for posting! |
