if where talking danger wise, the second option is rather dangerous and more evil, if th efirst person is evil, atlest you can cpredict it, if the second person is evil while trying to do a good deed, its unpredicatble, making it slighlty more eviler lol does anyone get what im saying |

Justifying it to one's own purpose is a "point of view", evil is whatever hurts someone else. A murderer who takes a life. Most of can never comphehend what those last moments are like, begging, perhaps being tortured. That is evil. Child abuse... that is evil. It is not hard to define at all. Simply take anything that another does deliberately to hurt another human or animal and realize they either have no conscience or compassion but never believe they haven't been trained to recognize good and evil. Our society has specific laws. Even without that, those who lack conscience or compassion, who have no human compassion, who hurt others simply for pure passionare evil. It isn't about the ins and outs of why they do it, it IS WHO THEY ARE. And they exist. Usually ending up on the news, hopefully incarcerated and tried for their crimes against others. |

Giving in, to hurting others has no excuse. It doesn't. It is pure selfish, sadistic behaviorior brought on simply by one's own environment or lack of. Becoming less than human, not feeling or having emotion of others, no compassion or instinct of simply "being human". Sometimes uneducated, sometimes devoutly religious, sometimes neither. Sometimes more than that, simply not able to do anything but "act out" being inadequate, never measuring up. Who knows? I've seen way too much, experienced the loss someone being murdered simply By "being in the wrong place, at the the wrong time", by some who were so evil they had no human empathy in their eyes at all, and it can be read, by visual and by reading what others do, write and how they act. I've seen lots, and I'm no closer to any understanding than I have ever been. Trying not to judge is hard, when the mark is left behind for all to see and feel. |

i honestly think doing something you know is wrong is much worse. when you know it is wrong and do it anyway, you KNOW better. the second is an accident. you didn;t KNOW what you were doing |

It seems obvious that the first type of bad is worse because you know it's bad and still do it. Then again when I think about it both knowing and not knowing are bad and I think being ignorant to your evil doing is sorta worse because you may do it with so much passion...it's something to think about and reminds me of so many things...I heard something recently in that movie "Divine Secrets of the yaya sisterhood" that touched me..."you have to be carefull what you charge on your account because one day you have to pay up"...I probably didnt get it exactly right but your post made me think of it...IsisKat |

That which you call the devil is part of you. The myth of the devil and of evil is imposed on us by our ignorance. The human mind is a great wonder and magician. It can assume the form of both a devil and a divine being any time it wishes. It can be a great enemy or a great friend, creating either hell or heaven for us. There are many tendencies hidden in the unconscious mind which must be uncovered, faced and transcended before one intends to tread the path of enlightenment. I have never heard anyone claiming to have seen a devil in the daytime. A rope in darkness can be mistaken for a snake. A mirage in the distance can be mistaken for water. Does the devil exist? If there is only one existence, which is omnipresent and omniscient, then where is the place for the existence of the devil? Those who are religiously sick believe in the existence of the devil by forgetting the existence of God. A negative mind is the greatest devil that resides within the human being. Transformation of the negativity leads towards positive or angelic visions. It is the mind which creates hell and heaven. Fear of the devil is a phobia which needs to be eradicated from the human mind.
