Weather Bug

Does anyone have this installed on their computer. I installed it about a monthago and it has worked very well so far the actual WeatherBug works well. It has the temp in your area according to the zip code you key in. And when there is a weather alert it chirps and the temp symbol turns to a bug. You can click on a map for stuff in your area and it can tell you almost exactly where a storm is in your area. And with the map and knowledge of your own area you can pinpoint almost exactly. For example when the storms can through IL I checked on the WeatherBug map and thought that is right were my Brother in law works About five minutes later it came over the scanner that a tornado was spotted at the place he worked. Since I watch no TV WeatherBug is really helpful for me.

Date: 5/2/2004 6:45:00 PM  From Authorid: 62136    Beware of spyware! Weather bug is a great tool but not worth the hassle! If you do a spyware scan, you will notice that this program is associated with tons. If you want a decent weather program, go to weather.com(The Weather Chanel). Its just as good and havent noticed any spyware associated with it.
