yup it's gonna hurt for awhile, since you haven't used the tendons and muscles in your toes and feet for awhile, all you can do is keep working at it,until they get stretched out and used to beig used again..Don't try and walk without your walker, you don't want to put any solid weight on them at the moment...... |

What Py said... it might help to lay down and do some foot and toe excerises... like flexing your foot annd pulling it back... or pushing your toes again a table and working on getting those lil muscles back. Good Luck |

Ouchies!! I hope you get better really soon!!! *huggs* It will hurt for a couple weeks cause u havent been putting pressure on them for 6 weeks. Its just like when u break ur arm, its really hard to bend ur wrist or elbow because it's been in the same position for such a long time, its gotten comfy there. I chipped my left wrist and it was very hard/painful for me to bend my wrist after 4 DAYS of a cast!! I cant even imagine 6 WEEKS!!! ouchies!!! feel better soon sweetie!! *huggs* |

I had a cast on my wrist for six weeks and my arm was tremendously sore for a little while after. But it fades. Tylenol can suppress the pain but you'll mostly have to put up with it. It fades. - |
