yup! jump and do tricks like landing on your bum and on your back and stomach the movement of your body it's a great work out and a low impact one at that! |

Yup! Jumping is a good excersize. I've always wanted a trampoline but dad kept saying they were too spendy and that it would ruin the grass. My friend had one and we'd jump on it a lot, do flips and whatever. We even slept on it..lol Just be careful, many people have hurt themselfs by jumping on trampolines. |

Yes lol my boyfriend and I are always on his trampoline, you work a decent amount of muscles, it wears you out pretty fast, I'd guess it'd bun then pretty fast too. |
