Hi everyone! My sister has been getting sleep paralysis a lot lately, and she said one time, she heard someone say her name, and it was in a familiar voice. I use to get SP a lot for about a year, probably about 5 times a week. It slowed down after that, but it's starting back up more and more again, and stronger. :( Any how, last night after a few strong episodes of SP, I was dozing off and I heard a familiar voice call my name, VERY CLEARLY! It sounded like it was coming from the end of my bed. It woke me up. I just thought that was weird.. wondering if it has happened to anyone else.
