My sister needs help

I am worried about my sister, she is a few years younger than I and has a one and a half year old daughter. Well, she has just told me she is pregnant again (different father and they've have since broken up) and she asked me not to tell our parents. I don't know how she'll be able to raise another child as she does a pretty poor job at it with the one she's already got. She never holds a steady job or relationship for that matter, and she always seems to be out of a car because of some problem or another. She has had the worst living arangments over the past few years from living in and out of my dad's house to living with her scungy boyfriends (when she was pregnant the first time they were so broke and couldn't even afford to eat),and even the latest was in a motel. When she screws up and needs help my dad and step mom always let her come back to stay with them but then she takes advantage of them and gets kicked out again. The list of bad behaviour goes on and on with her, she just doesn't know how to settle down and be a proper parent- instead she always puts her self first. Can you tell me what is going on with her? I know she does marijuana at times (cause she's told me) but is she doing other, harder drugs? I'm scared she'll end up in poverty and leave her child uncared for. Will she straighten up or will something bad happen to her? She is totally the black sheep in the family, no one else acts like her and we are all really concerned. Thanks very much for your help.
