She was freezing. She stood up and closed the window then covered herself in blankets and wrote again in her Book of Shadows, this time of her blackout. She wrote of her teacher's perception of her blackout. She also wrote of his communications throughout the day, making sure she was still alright, but giving her headaches nonetheless. Then once she finished there was a knock on the door. She opened it, and once again it was her teacher.
He had talked her parents into letting him stay with her for the night. Usually all it took was a simple "I'm worried about her", and that seemed to work again. He had brought a few roots for her to add to her supplies. He also put on a cd he brought with him, Slipknot. She meditated with him, just to clear her mind of everything of the day. Then he sat by her as she slept finally for one night.
The next morning the alarm rang. She woke up to her mentor getting dressed-not an unpleasant sight to see in the morning, but disturbing nonetheless. Once prepared for school, both left. She dragged him through the crowd of swarming wannabes. He saw he who did her wrong first, and told her of his new lesions.
A cut scared he who did her wrong's face, opposite it stood a black eye. On his forearms were several scratches. His legs were covered in dirt and dried blood, inevitably from the way here. He who did her wrong lifted his shirt for his new girlfriend. On his back was a huge scar, on his side the deepest cut you can achieve without stitches being required.
Her head seared with pain again. This time it was a girl's voice. "Where does he get all these cuts? Surely he must be lying to me, these can't be from skateboarding accidents. Skateboarding isn't this cruel! Where'd he get all of these from, what force is behind this?" She realized it ws his new girlfriend's voice, but the pain was too much for her to take. Once again she collapsed, this time her mentor there to catch her.
Once more he took her to his locker, quickly healing her and bringing her full conciousness. Just before he sent her on her way, he handed her a book. She looked at it. It was entitled "The Satanic Bible". She took it and hid it in her backpack quickly so no one would become suddenly suspicious. Satanism was such a misunderstood religion.
