  Author:  23075  Category:(Household) Created:(4/25/2004 3:27:00 PM)
This post has been Viewed (1226 times)

4 cups broccoli florets, steamed until tender crisp

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Bertolli Extra virgin Olive oil

2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans

2 tablespoons Knorr Chicken Broth

1 clove garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt

In the container of a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until mixture is coarsely chopped, adding more broth if the pesto seems too thick. Toss with freshly cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes and a few steamed broccoli florets.
